I’ve been experiencing pain during sex for a few months. It’s not constant and I’m not looking for a diagnosis online. I want to be able to describe it clearly when I see my GP.
I’ve started noting when it happens, what it feels like, what makes it better or worse, and what I’ve already tried. I’m struggling to find plain words that aren’t too vague or too medical.
If you’ve had to describe something similar, what language helped your clinician understand? I want to go in with clear notes.
