Off the pill for 4 months and I’m overthinking every app notification

I came off contraception about four months ago. I thought tracking would feel empowering but I mostly feel confused. One app says one thing, my cycle does another, and I’m not sure what I’m actually supposed to notice.
My partner is lovely about it but I don’t want every conversation to be about cervical mucus. I have a GP appointment next month and I don’t want to waste it. I started a list: how long we’ve been trying, what my cycles have looked like, what I’m taking, what I’m worried about.
Did anyone else feel weird about tracking at the start? What did you actually find useful to bring to a first appointment when there was no specific problem yet, just questions?
Your situation deserves its own conversation.
